We don't supply labour only — we provide supervised installation packages with full RAMS documentation, commissioning certificates and O&M manuals.

We work across student accommodation, hotels and hospitality, retail units, offices, commercial buildings, education, healthcare and industrial/warehouse projects. Current active projects include a large PBSA scheme in Glasgow (Central Quay, 32+ weeks on site) and MVHR at Taymouth Castle in Perthshire. Previous projects include Carlton Hilton Edinburgh, IKEA Dundee and Dunbar Golf Club.
We hold £10m employers' liability, £5m public liability and £1m professional indemnity insurance (UK Insurance Ltd, policy 703454232). All site staff hold current CSCS cards. Our Technical Director holds IPAF 3a/3b certification (exp. October 2029) and PASMA. We are SNIPEF members and a registered Public Contracts Scotland supplier.
