Subcontracting packages for M&E contractors and main contractors. Digital commissioning certificates and photo reports on every project.

Ventilation Systems We Install

System Type 01
MEV
Mechanical Extract Ventilation
A continuous extract system that removes stale, humid air from wet rooms — kitchens, bathrooms, utility rooms — via a central fan unit and ductwork network. Suitable for dwellings with poor natural ventilation and properties where condensation and mould are persistent problems.
ResidentialSocial HousingRetrofitPart F
System Type 02
PIV
Positive Input Ventilation
Supplies a continuous stream of fresh, filtered air into a property — typically from the loft space — creating a positive pressure that displaces stale air. Cost-effective solution for damp and mould remediation in existing dwellings, social housing and residential retrofit. Simple installation with minimal disruption.

System Type 03
MVHR
Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery
A whole-house ventilation system that simultaneously extracts stale air and supplies fresh air while recovering up to 90% of heat energy via a heat exchanger. The premium solution for new build, PBSA and high-performance retrofit projects. Reduces heating energy demand and maintains excellent indoor air quality year-round.

Ventilation Installation — FAQs

MEV extracts stale air from wet rooms via a central fan. PIV pushes fresh air in from the loft, displacing stale air. MVHR does both simultaneously while recovering heat. MEV and PIV are cost-effective for social housing retrofit; MVHR is the high-performance solution for new build and PBSA.
Scottish Building Standards Section 3 (Environment) is the equivalent of Building Regulations Part F in England. All our installations are designed and installed to meet the applicable Scottish standard, including airflow rates for each room type and system type.
Yes. All installations include airflow testing to verify design specification is met. We issue digital commissioning certificates at practical completion. These are essential for Building Regulations compliance and provide documentary evidence for housing associations and public-sector clients.
We typically mobilise within 24–48 hours for urgent works across Central Scotland. For planned programmes, we can schedule flexible team deployment to match your programme requirements.
